How would you make up for having bad sex?

last night my bf started getting frisky with me and we started making out/ heaving feeling...you know the usual. but after a while he stopped and was like i'm tired. Then I accidentally rolled on top of his broken hand and that just killed the whole mood.

I feel bad. Should I make it up to him tonight or should we just take a break from having sex for a while?
